This was my first real attempt at making a short. It was shot over three days at a friend's house.
The motivator for making this film was an amateur contest held in part with the 1999 Edmonton International Film Festival. A time restriction of 5:00 minutes meant some wonderful scenes were cut from the final version. I hope to put them back one day.
The music was supplied by 2 bands on my old record label (Raging Postman Records): Captain Nemo and The Greyhound Tragedy.
I love the absence of resolve in this movie and the 50's noir/"Leave It To Beaver" feel.
