I was fortunate enough to be the recipient of some money and equipment grants by way of Edmonton's Film and Video Arts Society. FAVA turned 20 in 2002, and commissioned 20 members to each make a film. This was my entry.
This was shot in 8 hours on top of a carport in +30C temperatures. This film, as well, made it into the Edmonton International Film Festival. Rolling was by far, the largest, most expensive and most complicated shoot I have produced to date.
I love shooting on film.
